Job Overview

We are seeking a Java Developer with 2–4 years of experience to be part of our core product development team, focused on building enterprise-grade software in the financial services domain. You will develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices, integrate with third-party systems, and contribute across the full development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and support.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and modern solutions while providing an excellent opportunity to grow your technical and domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java and
    Spring Boot.
  • Implement business logic for product modules and services.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests.
  • Integrate third-party systems and internal services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across applications and environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and
    development to deployment and post-production support.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–4 years of hands-on software development experience, with proficiency in the
following areas:

  • Proficient in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding and practical use of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or
    Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in
    cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to product development in financial services, remittance, or payments domain
  • Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, OpenAPI (like Keycloak, Swagger)
  • Experience in API management and Service Mesh technologies (like Spring Cloud API
    Gateway, Istio)
  • Knowledge of Message Queues (like Kafka/RabbitMQ)
  • Familiarity with Container Orchestration and Cloud platforms (like Kubernetes, AWS/Azure)
  • Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Enterprise Integration Patterns
    (EIP
